Is it rare these days to see a bald eagle in Wisconsin? I know that their population has markedly increased with conservation efforts, but I can’t recall ever seeing one before. Perhaps I have, I have a vague memory of seeing one while fishing as a kid. I certainly never observed one in the wild…
